摘要： PURPOSE: Paint for a finishing material is provided to adsorb volatile organic compounds, formaldehyde, carbon dioxide, bacteria and heavy metal and to ensure excellent handling and storage stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing paint for finishing materials comprises the steps of: mixing silica, alumina, and hydroxide ion in an aqueous phase and performing hydrothermal reaction of the mixture at 150-200 °C for 10-15 hours, and then preparing monodispersed zeolite colloid solution by ball milling with zirconia balls of 3-20 micron; injecting charcoal powder, surfactant and NaOH into the zeolite colloidal solution, mixing the materials at 130-150 °C for 1-2 hours, and drying the mixture to form porous charcoal powder; mixing 5-30 parts by weight of porous charcoal powder, 30-40 parts by weight of acrylic emulsion, 1-15 parts by weight of titanium dioxide, 20-30 parts by weight of limestone, 1-10 parts by weight of quartz, and the remaining portion of water at 500-1000 rpm for 1-3 hours to prepare paint for finishing materials.

CONSTITUTION: An inorganic polymer stone mortar finishing material composition contains inorganic color powder and aqueous polymer resin. The inorganic color powder contains 40-50 weight% of white Portland cement, 30-50 weight% of natural or artificial silica, 2-8 weight% of inorganic filler, 0.5-2.5 weight% of hydrophobic fiber, 2-5 weight% of metakaolin, 0.05-0.5 weight% of viscosity stabilizer, 0.2-0.7 weight% of dispersing agent, 0.1-0.5 weight% of anti-foaming agent, and 0.5-5 weight% of inorganic pigment.
