摘要： PURPOSE: A mask for a laser thermal imaging process, a laser projection apparatus including the same, and an organic light emitting device manufacturing method using the same are provided to form an organic film on the upper part of an organic light emitting device substrate using a mask in which an opening part is formed corresponding to a peripheral pixel region, thereby preventing the malfunction of a laser which projects light on the edge of the pixel region. CONSTITUTION: A mask(200) comprises an opening part(230) and a shielding part(250). The opening part comprises a first opening part(210) and a second opening part(220). The first opening part is formed of a single pixel size or a size smaller than the single pixel size. The second opening part is formed on left and right sides of the first opening part according to the scan direction of a laser beam. The second opening part is comprised of a plurality of slits.
