    • A biopolymer synthesizing device is provided to allow all steps of the polymer synthesis to be continuously done in a closely sealed chamber, thereby increasing the process efficiency and preventing the contamination by the foreign materials flowing in. A biopolymer synthesizing device(600) comprises at least one chamber(200) including a chamber body and a chamber cover covering the chamber body and having at least one through hole on the upper side; a fluid supplying pipe(320) connected to the chamber through the through hole; and a drain part(400) connected to a drain hole formed on the lower side of the chamber to which a nucleotide phosphoramidite monomer of which a photodegradable protecting group is coupled is supplied through the fluid supplying pipe, wherein the nucleotide is a nucleotide having one base selected from the group consisting of adenine, guanine, thymine and cytosine. A method for preparing a microarray comprises the steps of: (a) providing a substrate having a functional group able to react with a nucleotide phosphoramidite monomer; (b) providing a nucleotide phosphoramidite monomer of which a photodegradable monomer is coupled to the substrate to be coupled to the functional group; (c) capping the functional group not reacting with the monomer; and (d) oxidizing the monomer coupled to the functional group, wherein the coupling, capping and oxidizing are performed in a closely sealed single chamber.

    • A microarray is provided to remove a additional signal amplification process in fluorescence analysis of hybridization results between a probe and a target material by containing a photonic crystal structure, thereby increasing detection sensitivity of the hybridization signal. A microarray comprises: a substrate(200); a photonic crystal structure(360) on the substrate for amplifying the wavelength of a light emitted from a fluorescent material attached to a target material(430) to be hybridized with a probe(400); and a probe immobilized on the photonic crystal structure, wherein the photonic crystal structure contains a first dielectric(300) and a second dielectric which are extended in a first direction in a strip type, and have different dielectric rate each other and the width having 1/4 length of wavelength of a light emitted from the fluorescent material.
