    • PURPOSE: A high vacuum laser induced thermal imaging device is provided to prevent noise or damage due to contact between components by preventing an upper pipe from directly contacting with a lower pipe. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum chamber(25) is formed by arranging an upper case unit(20) on the upper side of a lower case unit(10). A substrate unit(11) is mounted on the upper side of the lower case unit. A first vacuum unit(30) removes air from the vacuum chamber by discharging the air from the vacuum chamber. A lower pipe(31), a convergence pipe(32), and a first vacuum pump(33) are formed in the first vacuum unit. A second vacuum unit(40) is connected to the first vacuum unit and discharges the air from the vacuum chamber.
