    • The present invention relates to resin-reinforced recycled ascon, a manufacturing method thereof, and a road paving method using the same, wherein the physical properties, in particular, strength of recycled ascon are improved as well as the coating ratio of new material against old material in ascon is enhanced by mixing an oil resin product resulting from the heating and pyrolysis of the mixture of oil and waste resin with a reinforcing agent containing vinyl monomers and mixing a product with a new material after heating waste ascon during the regeneration process of waste ascon, and physical properties like adhesion, elasticity, and strength of recycled ascon obtained by the use of oil additives based on a resin manufactured using a waste vinyl resin are improved.
