CONSTITUTION: A cooling water feeder for a rolling mill comprises a feeder body(100), a cover plate(110), and a pressing unit(200). An injection hole(102) where cooling water is injected is formed in the feeder body. The cover plate is joined to one side of the feeder body to be detachably. The pressing unit, which is arranged to be movable by being penetrated through the cover plate, is moved toward the injection hole, thereby breaking up the injection hole clogged with foreign materials.

    • PURPOSE: A cooling water injection device for a rolling line cooling system is provided to reduce the temperature departure of a rolled product by uniformly cooling the product. CONSTITUTION: A cooling water injection device for a rolling line cooling system comprises a first cooling water jetting unit(110) and a second cooling water jetting unit. CONSTITUTION: A stripper apparatus of a rolling mill comprises a stripper(2), a rest bar(3), and an insertion unit(4). The stripper is arranged on the rear end of the rolling roll. The rest bar supports a stripper. The insertion unit is inserted in between the stripper and the rest bar for the stripper not to be rubbed against the rest bar. The stripper is formed with a mounting groove(2a) into which the insertion unit is inserted. A shim plate is inserted into the upper part of the insertion unit in the mounting groove. A needle bearing is installed between the insertion unit and the rest bar. The shim plate is inserted into the upper part of the insertion unit on the inside of the mounting groove according to the amount of the deflection of the stripper or the abrasion loss of the insertion unit.

The phase difference correcting device includes first and second serration members which are inserted to the outside of the drive shafts and coupled with each other.
