CONSTITUTION: The polyamide resin composition comprises 50-95 wt% of a polyamide resin; 1-45 wt% of an impact reinforcement selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-propylene monomer, an ethylene-propylene-diene monomer, an ethylene-propylene rubber, a maleic anhydride-modified ethylene-propylene monomer, a maleic anhydride-modified ethylene-propylene-diene monomer, and a maleic anhydride-modified ethylene-propylene rubber; 0.1-20 wt% of a plasticizer selected from the group consisting of a lactam-based plasticizer, a sulfonamide-based plasticizer, a trimellitate plasticizer, a phthalate plasticizer, an adipate plasticizer, a phosphorus-based plasticizer and a glycolate plasticizer; 0.01-5 wt% of a thickener selected from the group consisting of styrene maleic anhydride, a modified polyolefin or its derivative and an epoxy resin; and 0.5-10 wt% of a core-shell-type rubber. Preferably the core-shell-type rubber comprises at least one a rigid part and at least one flexible part.

摘要： The present invention is related to a polyamide resin composition having an excellent gasoline resistance and impact resistance at a low temperature, and more particularly, to the polyamide resin composition comprising a general polyamide resin as an active ingredient; an impact modifier for dispersion such as EPM (ethylene/propylene) rubber, EPR (ethylene/propylene rubber) and EPDM (ethylene/propylene/diene) rubber; a plasticizer for providing flexibility such as lactams and sulfonamides; a thickener for uniform processability; and an ionomer for improving the appearance, elongation and impact strength, thus exhibiting advantages over conventional polyamide resins reinforced with an elastomer in excellent flexibility and appearance; superior gasoline resistance and impact resistance at a low temperature; better price as compared to its functions and thus enabling to be used in fuel tube systems of an automobile.

CONSTITUTION: The polyamide resin composition 30-95 parts by weight of a polyamide resin; 1-45 parts by weight of at least one reinforcing agent selected from the group consisting of an ethylene propylene copolymer rubber(EPM), an ethylene propylene rubber(EPR), an ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber(EPDM), a maleic anhydride modified ethylene propylene rubber(EPR-g-MA), a maleic anhydride modified ethylene propylene copolymer rubber(EPM-g-MA), a maleic anhydride modified ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber(EPDM-g-MA), arylmethacrylate-butadiene-styrene(MBS), a styrene-butadiene-styrene terpolymer, all acrylic core-shell type rubber, ethylene ethyl acrylate(EEA), a styrene-butadiene rubber(EBR), ethylene vinyl alcohol(EVOH), thermoplastic elastomers and plastomers; 0.1-20 parts by weight of a nylon plasticizer; 0.01-5 parts by weight of a nylon thickener comprising the compounds having at least two functional groups at the terminal; and 0.5-10 parts by weight of a core-shell type rubber.
