CONSTITUTION: A low noise return valve of an LPI vehicle comprises a plunger(210), a guide(220), and an elastic member(230). The plunger has the shape of a cylinder and has a smaller diameter than the inner diameter of a return flow path(30). The plunger opens and closes the inlet of the return flow path according to the movement along the longitudinal direction of the return flow path. The guide is manufactured in the shape of a hollow pipe and is fixed inside the return flow path. The elastic member is located between the plunger and the guide.

The tube plate has holes(57a) for oil circulation formed in the ends of the longitudinal direction. Joining protrusions(56a) are formed to the sides of the longitudinal direction of the tube plate to prevent movement of the inner fin by fixing the ends of the inner fin and to increase the joining area of the tube plates.
