CONSTITUTION: A housing of fuel filter for a vehicle includes a cap(17) integrally formed with an inflow tube(12), a case(18) integrally formed with an outflow tube(14), and a bracket(20) fixed to a vehicle body, wherein electrostatic force generated in a fuel filter is directly discharge via the case and the bracket, the cap and the housing are formed with conductive plastics, in which carbon fibers or carbon black are mixed with nylon, in the shape of fuel filter by thermal fusion assembling by using the frictional heat of upper and lower caps.
