CONSTITUTION: An oil circulation system of a power steering for a vehicle comprises a clutch(40) for connecting and disconnecting a power transmission shaft of an oil pump(10), an accumulator(60) for storing the high-pressure oil pressurized by the oil pump, a solenoid valve(70) for supplying the high-pressure oil to a gear box(20) or isolating the oil, a pressure sensor(80) for sensing the pressure of the oil supplied to the gear box from the accumulator, position sensor(64,65) for sensing the amount of the oil stored in the accumulator, and a controller(90) for keeping the uniform pressure of the oil by opening and closing the solenoid valve depending on the oil pressure sensed by the pressure sensor and for connecting an oil pump shaft if the amount of the oil in the accumulator is less than a reference level.
