      본 발명에 의한 실린더 블록 조립체는, 라이너의 측벽 상단이나 플랜지 저면 등 도금층이 형성되지 아니한 부위에 캐비테이션이 발생되지 아니하므로 라이너의 손상을 방지할 수 있고, 냉각수 유로의 상측부위가 링에 의해 밀폐되므로 냉각수 수증기의 유출을 방지할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

    • An exhaust gas recirculation cooler control system of a vehicle is provided to generate no carbon accumulation by controlling temperature difference between cooling water inside an EGR cooler and EGR gas optimally by controlling amount of cooling water. An exhaust gas recirculation cooler control system of a vehicle comprises an EGR cooler, first and second temperature sensors(31,33), a control valve(25) and a control unit(50). The EGR cooler is mounted in a predetermined position on an EGR path(11), and controls temperature of exhaust gas recirculated to an intake pipe(3) by circulated cooling water. The first and second temperature sensors are installed to an inlet and an outlet of the EGR cooler, and detect temperature of exhaust gas flowing into the EGR cooler and exhaust gas flowing out from the EGR cooler. The control valve is mounted in a predetermined position of a cooling water pipe(23) connecting a fuel pump(21) to the EGR cooler, and controls amount of the cooling water flowing into the EGR cooler. The control unit controls opening and closing of the control valve according to engine rpm and engine load, temperature of the cooling water flowing out from the EGR cooler, and temperature of exhaust gas flowing into the EGR cooler and exhaust gas flowing out from the EGR cooler.

    • An apparatus for cooling a cylinder for a vehicle engine is provided to prevent steam or cooling water from being leaked from a cylinder block by installing a bead unit at a cylinder head gasket. An apparatus for cooling a cylinder for a vehicle engine comprises a cylinder liner(10) that forms a combustor and has a protrusion portion(11). A cylinder block(20) has a mount on which the protrusion portion of the cylinder liner is mounted. A water jacket(30) is installed between the cylinder liner and the cylinder block to maintain airtight and watertight performance. A cooling water passage(40) cools the upper portion of a cylinder bore between the protrusion portion of the cylinder liner and the water jacket. A cylinder head gasket(50) includes a bead unit(55) to prevent steam or cooling water from being leaked therefrom and to allow the uppermost portion of the cylinder block to be cooled by the cooling water.

    • An oil pan for an internal combustion engine is provided to eliminate the necessity of welding a baffle and to prevent crack at the welding portion. An oil pan(2) is arranged beneath a cylinder, and stores engine oil supplied to a lubrication unit of an internal combustion engine. The oil pan has an oil storage unit(8) with an upper flange(4) on which a recess(14) is formed downwardly. A fixing member(16) formed integrally with an upper portion of the flange has stopper portions(18) to which sealing members are fitted. The sealing member has a square C-shaped cross section, and is fitted from ends of the fixing member.
