A colored resin is extruded in an outer surface part(18) of the main body's fixing unit(15) through a dual extrusion process so that an outer surface of the colored resin is extruded in the fixing unit. A gloss film is fixed on a high temperature outer surface by an extrusion molding and the outer surface is pressurized by a gloss film and cooled. After cooling, the gloss film is eliminated so that the outer surface has a gloss by a hot pressing.

While the door frame molding member is stuck to the side of the door outer frame, airtightness is kept by a molding combination clip(8) penetrating through the door outer frame. Thus, the invasion of an external noise to the interior of a vehicle is avoided. The side of the door outer frame is inclined to improve assembling efficiency.
