    • A method for manufacturing high strength steel sheets of a car body is provided to remove a scale formed on a surface of a thin slab effectively by performing a heating process, a hot rolling process, and a rapid cooling process. A method for manufacturing high strength steel sheets of a car body comprises the following steps of: manufacturing 50mm a thin slab by casting molten steel consisting of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus etc; heating the thin for 30~60 minutes after the heating the thin slab within a temperature range of 950°C~1050°C; hot rolling the heated thin slab at 850°C~900°C; and performing an air-cooling process after a rapid cooling process. The molten steel is comprised of the carbon of 0.02~0.05%, the silicon of 0.025~0.06%, the manganese of 0.4~0.8%, and the phosphorus of 0.01~0.02%.
