The method includes the following: a control unit places various electronic components including a tantalum capacitor on a control printed circuit board (PCB); heat is applied to attach the various electronic components to the printed circuit board; crack risk of the tantalum capacitor is determined; and a voltage is applied to the tantalum capacitor on the basis of the crack risk result. The defect rate of an ECU can be improved since stability is enhanced by complementing the internal defects of the capacitor which may occur in the manufacturing process of a vehicle ECU. Moreover, the present invention can be easily implemented through a process of forming an electrolyte by applying a voltage to the tantalum capacitor without the need to add an extra hardware configuration.
