    • An airbag module for a vehicle is provided to reduce manufacturing cost by combining an airbag door and airbag housing without using any special fastener and to prevent deformation of an instrument panel by forming the airbag door to be expanded or contracted using wrinkle unit. An airbag module for a vehicle comprises an instrument panel(50), an airbag door(60), airbag housing(70), an extension unit(62), a fastener(90), and a fastener(80). The instrument panel has a settling hole unit. The airbag door is installed at the settling hole unit. The airbag is received in the airbag housing. The airbag housing is installed in the settling hole unit. The extension unit is projected from the airbag door to an inner part of the settling hole unit. The fastener is installed between the extension unit and the airbag housing to combine the airbag door and the airbag housing. The fastener is formed between the airbag door and the settling hole unit and helps the airbag door to be hung to the setting hole unit. A plurality of wrinkle units are formed at an upper surface of the airbag door. The wrinkle units are concaved to inwards of the airbag door.

The damper of the air vent is composed of a body(114) formed in the air vent and composed of an assembling groove recessed along the side, and a shutoff pad(130) combined with the assembling groove of the body. A rotating shaft(112) is formed in the middle of the body, and the assembling groove is formed at the side of the body. The shutoff pad is combined with the body and press-fitted to the assembling groove. The shutoff pad is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer, and manufactured separately from the body.
