    • PURPOSE: A fixed-axis wind power generator is provided to improve the power generation efficiency because the front and rear rotating members, in which front and rear blades and a permanent magnet are installed, is coupled to a fixed shaft via a bearing. CONSTITUTION: A fixed-axis wind power generator comprises a front blade(4), a rear blade(5), a permanent magnet(6), and a coil(7). The front and the rear blade rotate in opposite directions. The permanent magnet and the coil produce electricity by being rotated with the torque of opposite direction provided by the front and the rear blade. A front and a rear rotating member(2,3) in which the front and the rear blade are installed are coupled to the tip and the middle portion of a fixed shaft(1) via bearings(13~15). The permanent magnet and the coil are installed opposite to the front and the rotating member, respectively. The wind power generator is installed on a post(40) or a vent by the fixed shaft.

CONSTITUTION: A duct(200) is formed to a longitudinal direction inside a vehicle(100). A rear outlet(201) of the duct is divided into two parts. A wind power generator is installed in the leading part of the duct and includes a front wing, a rear wing, a permanent magnet, and a coil body. The front and rear wings are rotated to the opposite direction. The permanent magnet and the coil body are rotated to the opposite direction by the rotation of the front and rear wings. The driving chain is passed via the inside of an inverse driving sprocket(31) from a power sprocket(21) after sequentially connecting the rear guiding sprocket and the lower guiding sprocket. In inversely rotating a pedal(20), the driving shaft is rotated forward by the inverse driving sprocket. In rotating the pedal forward, the driving shaft is rotated forward by a forward driving sprocket(32) by connecting the auxiliary guiding sprocket with the forward driving sprocket through an auxiliary chain(70). Thereby, the tension of the driving chain is maintained uniformly.
