    • PURPOSE: A composite composition for sturgeon drink, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the improved functionality and palatability of the drink to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a composite composition for sturgeon drink comprises the following steps; mixing 40-60wt% of sturgeon hot water extract, 30-50wt% of medical herb hot water extract, 0.1-0.5wt% of lecithin, and 0.1-15wt% of functional additives; and filling the mixture into a packaging container before sterilizing and cooling. The medical herb hot water extract is obtained by ginseng, Angelica gigas, Platycodon grandiflorum, Polyporus umbellatus, Dioscorea batatas, Gastrodia elata, and other medical herbs. The functional additives include glutathione, yeast, chitosan oligosaccharide, and maltitol.     • PURPOSE: A composite composition for a sturgeon solid product, and a producing method of sturgeon capsules using thereof are provided to offer effective components of sturgeon to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of sturgeon capsules using a composite composition for a sturgeon solid product comprises the following steps: mixing 15-30wt% of sturgeon hot water extraction powder, 15-30wt% of soybean lecithin powder, 15-30wt% of collagen, 15-30wt% of glucosamine, and 15-30wt% of chitosan oligosaccharide to obtain the composite composition; stirring and mixing the composition, and passing the composition through a colloid mill; applying 400-500 mmHg of vacuum and 550-720 mmHg of vacuum to the composition for re-stirring; mixing 40-50wt% of gelatin, 35-45wt% of purified water, and 15-25wt% of glycerin to obtain a capsule material; molding the capsules using the capsule material, and filling the capsules with the mixture; and drying the capsules.
