    • The present invention provides a dual fluidized bed reactor including a screw to secure the circulation rate adjustment of fluidized sand and the combustion detention time of the auxiliary fuel by changing the rotational speed of the screw through a controller configured to control a thermocouple measuring the temperature of a fast fluidized bed reaction zone, which is a lower part of a set-top box for setting a temperature range and a fast fluidized bed combustor, in real time. In addition, the present invention, unlike the conventional technique for circulating the fluidized sand using only air pressure, provides the dual fluidized bed reactor containing the screw for circulating the fluid to achieve energy saving by reducing the power consumption through a transport method of the fluidized sand through the rotation of the screw.

    • PURPOSE: A device for refining the gas using a liquid metal is provided to increase the efficiency and the lifetime of a selective reduction catalyst by controlling the dust of gas and the hydrogen sulfide. CONSTITUTION: A device for refining the gas using a liquid metal comprises a furnace, a circulating pump, a buffer tank, and a nozzle. The furnace includes an upper chamber and a lower chamber. The liquid metal atomized from the nozzle of the buffer tank is sprayed in the upper chamber. A particle of the liquid metal sprayed from the nozzle reacts to the gas flowing in the upper chamber and refines the gas. The steam flowing from the lower chamber reacts to the liquid metal moving from the upper chamber through a separating plate and thermal exchange is performed.
