    • PURPOSE: Provided are an inter-penetrating polyvalent complex membrane for the separation of organic mixtures and its preparation method. The membrane is characterized by a porous support, on the surface of which inter-penetrating complex membrane is formed by a cationic polymer and two kinds of anionic polymers of polysaccharide type. The membrane has an excellent selectivity for the polar organic substances and is capable of effectively separating organic mixtures without distillation, absorption, filtration or recrystallization. The membrane separation technique uses small equipment saving energy and does not need heat so that there are no phase changes and other physical changes due to heat. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method of the membrane comprises: making solid type polyvalent matrix by uniformly coating polysaccharide type anionic polymer solution on the surface of the porous support, the solution having acidity of no more than pKa value of 2 and 0.1-2.5wt% of concentration; coating polysaccharide type cationic polymer solution of the acidity and concentration, same as above, on the surface of the above polyvalent matrix; and making a polyvalent complex membrane with the thickness of 0.01-1μm by the complex reaction in the interfacial area between solid phase and liquid phase. The material for the above microporous support is selected from polymers such as polysulfone, polyimide, polyetherimide, polyamideimide and polyacrylonitrile; and from inorganic materials such as alumina, titania, zirconia and silica; or from metals such as nickel and stainless steel. The polysaccharide type anionic polymer is selected from sodium alginate, carrageenan, cellulose sulfate, dextrin sulfate, carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium hyaluronate and glucosaminoglycan containing sulfate group. The polysaccharide type cationic polymer is selected from chitosan and its derivatives such as carboxymethyl, carboxyethyl, cyanoethyl or amidoxime chitosan.
