    • High-quality rice using deep ocean water and a production method thereof are provided to show high perfect kernel ratio and excellent taste and texture by using deep ocean water as irrigation water in a rice-cultivation process. Irrigation water is watered at constant intervals during a ripening period after the heading of rice. The irrigation water represents deep ocean water with 4-8v/v% of concentration. The irrigation is performed four times at one-week interval during a ripening period. The deep ocean water is diluted with general irrigation water or treated with specific concentration of deep ocean water(2% deep ocean water, 4% deep ocean water, 6% deep ocean water, 8% deep ocean water and 10% deep ocean water). The deep ocean water includes the large amount of dissolved oxygen with little organic materials and little microorganisms.

    • A method and an apparatus for preparing a sea cucumber food using seaweeds are provided to facilitate a preparation process on large scale by pulverizing seaweeds, heating to remove mucilage and re-pulverizing the seaweeds. Seaweeds are inputted into a pulverizer and pulverized 0.5~2mm in size(100). The pulverized seaweeds are boiled at the temperature range of 60~80°C for 4~6 minutes(200). The boiled seaweeds are collected and inputted into a crusher such that the seaweeds becomes 60~150mum in size(300). The crushed seaweeds are inputted into a centrifuge and separated into a filtered liquid and solid phase(400). The solid phase is inputted into a refrigerator. An apparatus for preparing a sea cucumber food using seaweeds consists of a hopper, pulverizer, crusher and centrifuge.

    • A manufacturing method of mineral water including mineral separated from the deep sea water is provided to separate mineral of which purity is high from deep sea water using energy of low cost. A manufacturing method of mineral water comprises steps of: 1) manufacturing the first enriched water and the first permeated water by preprocessing deep sea water and passing preprocessed deep sea through the first RO(reverse osmosis membrane); 2) manufacturing the second enriched water and drain water of high concentration by passes the first enriched water through an ion exchange film; 3) crystallizing the second enriched water using depressing vessel truncate steam material compression evaporation method; 4) separating crystallized mineral salt through a particle diameter separator; 5) passing the first permeated water of step 1) through the second RO(reverse osmosis membrane) and manufacturing the second permeated water and the third enriched water; 6) mixing mineral salt separated from the step 4) with the second permeated water of the step 5); and 7) returning the third enriched water of the step 5) in the first RO process and recycling it.
