The present invention adjusts the standoff distance to avoid the region where measurement is impossible, restraining a reflective wave from occurring to prevent a signal loss from occurring, and solidly fixating the underwater hydrophone not to be shaken.

    • The present invention provides a signal conditioning plate for an underwater hydrophone with a variable standoff distance, comprising a fixating part having a fixating casing into which the underwater hydrophone is inserted and fixed; an up and down moving part moving up and down according to an operation of a height adjustment part in a state of being installed to be spaced at a regular distance from the fixating part, and meanwhile being wrapped around the underwater hydrophone for fixating the underwater hydrophone not to be shaken; and the height adjustment part installed between the fixating part and the up and down moving part to structurally connect the fixating part with the up and down moving part and at the same time, adjusting a distance between the fixating part and the up and down moving part by a self-expanding or self-compressing operation, thereby adjusting a standoff distance between the underwater hydrophone and the up and down moving part. The present invention adjusts the standoff distance to be suitable for a frequency band of a noise to be measured when an underwater noise is measured, thereby avoiding a region where measurement of the underwater hydrophone is impossible and also preventing a fixated state from being disassembled though it is exposed to an underwater environment and external force is applied by solidly fixating the underwater hydrophone at the signal adjustment plate. Therefore, the present invention can avoid a problem that using a signal is impossible or reliability of a measurement result is ruined caused by the region where measurement is impossible in a specific frequency band when the underwater noise is measured.
