    • PURPOSE: A high definition low noise digital control oscillator is provided to maintain linearity by producing oscillation frequency changed according to the difference between a first differential motion electric current signal and a second differential motion electric current signal. CONSTITUTION: A digital control oscillator(300) comprises a differential digital-analog converter(310) which creates two differential motion electric current signals by receiving a digital code. The digital control oscillator comprises a differential current control oscillator(320) which creates the oscillation frequency using two differential motion electric current signals. The differential digital-analog converter receives digital codes signal of N bit as an input. The differential digital-analog converter creates the first differential motion electric current signal and the second differential motion electric current signal corresponding to the digital code signal. The differential current control oscillator produces oscillation frequency adaptively controlled according to the difference between the first differential motion electric current signal and the second differential motion electric current signal.

    • A wireless network based marine and river working robot head and a method of controlling a working robot are provided to overcome the difficulties of working environment through a wireless network to constitute a fleet of a mother ship and the working robot. A wireless network based marine and river working robot head includes at least one working robot(200), a first mother ship(100), and a second mother ship. The working robot includes a signal intensity measuring device and a working robot control device. The signal intensity measuring device measures the intensities of signals from the first mother ship and the second mother ship. The first mother ship includes a working robot preparation device and a mother ship control device. The working robot preparation device prepares a preparation work necessary before and after the working robot performs a destination work. The mother ship control device transmits a defined signal to the working robot.

    • PURPOSE: An ATM switch system capable of variably dualizing transmission line boards and a method thereof are provided to add variable dualization function of the transmission line boards, thereby reducing transmission cost of a system and reducing cost for expanding switch boards. CONSTITUTION: Switching elements(201a,201b) receive ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) cells for switching the ATM cells. Input switch interfaces(203-1a,...,203-na,203-1b,...,203-nb) receive the ATM cells through a plurality of paths for transmitting to the switching elements(201a,201b). Output switch interfaces(204-1a,...,204-na,204-1b,...,204-nb) receive the switched ATM cells from the switching elements(201a,201b) to transmit to the outside. Switch interface control units(202a,202b) controls to transmit the ATM cells in the first mode or the second mode. In the first mode, only ATM cells input through any one path are transmitted to the switching element(201a,201b). In the second mode, the ATM cells are transmitted through each independent path in the switching element(201a,201b).
