    • PURPOSE: A device for testing moment of a steel pipe pole power transmission tower is provided to detect the moment according to the supporting behavior of a structure. CONSTITUTION: One end of a tension unit(320) is connected to the upper side of a structure(10) on the ground. The other end of the tension unit is connected to a pressing means(330). The pressing means offers the horizontal force which independently actuates moment through the tension unit on the structure. A strain rate meter is installed inside the pile of the structure. The strain rate meter measures a depth part-base deformation ratio. A controller(20) controls whole system. The controller analyzes the depth moment from the horizontal force measured by the strain rate meter.

    • PURPOSE: A joint device for spiral corrugated pipes is provided to enable efficient installation without a separate coupling tool by being joined to spiral corrugated pipes through rotation. CONSTITUTION: A joint device for a spiral corrugated pipe comprises first and second joint parts which are respectively connected to corrugated pipes(10,11). The first and second joint parts include respective coupling portions(110,210) which are formed in the same direction of threads as the corrugated pipes and male and female screw portions which are formed in the opposite direction of threads to the corrugated pipes. Therefore, the corrugated pipes are connected to each other through the coupling of the male and female screw portions of the first and second joint parts.

    • PURPOSE: A reinforcing bar net and a construction method using the same are provided to make quality uniform, compared with a reinforcing bar net manufactured on site. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing bar net comprises multiple main reinforcing bars(110), multiple strip reinforcing bars(120), and a circular binding reinforcing bar(130). The main reinforcing bar is formed into the shape of a rod. The strip reinforcing bar is bent diagonally by multiple main reinforcing bars and a wire(140). The strip reinforcing bars are vertically assembled along the longitudinal direction of the multiple main reinforcing bars. The circular binding reinforcing bar is fitted into one end of the main reinforcing bar assembled with the strip reinforcing bar. The circular binding reinforcing bar has a ring shape. Multiple circular rings(132) are installed on the inner circumference of the circular binding reinforcing bar at fixed intervals.
