      입사되는 시준광을 2차원 배열형태의 점영상으로 분할하여 이로부터 2차원 아날로그 영상신호로 획득하는 입력부와; 상기 입력부에 의해 입력받은 2차원 배열형태의 아날로그 영상신호를 2차원 디지털 영상 데이터로 변환하여 메모리에 저장하는 영상저장부와; 장치 각 부분을 제어하며, 상기 메모리에 저장된 디지털 데이터로부터 시준광의 파면정보를 추출하는 제어부;를 포함하는 정밀파면측정장치에 있어서, 상기 제어부가 상기 메모리에 저장된 2차원 디지털 영상 데이터를 수직축과 수평축 방향으로 누산하여 각각 수평축 1차원 데이터와 수직축 1차원 데이터로 출력하는 1차원 투영부와 상기 1차원 투영부에서 출력되는 수평축 1차원 데이터로부터 수평축 세부정보를 복원하고, 상기 1차원 투영부에서 출력되는 수직축 1차원 데이터로부터 수직축 세부정보를 복원하는 세부정보복원부와 상기 세부정보복원부에서 복원되는 수평축 1차원 데이터와 수직축 1차원 데이터로부터 무게중심점을 추출하는 중심점추출부와 상기 중심점추출부에 추출된 무게 중심점 위치를 기준 중심점의 위치와 비교하고, 이동된 � �화량을 계산하여 계산된 기울기 값으로부터 파면정보를 추출하는 기울기정보추출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
      따라서, 연산량을 줄여 속도가 개선된 파면측정장치를 제공할 수 있으며, 연산기의 수량을 줄일수 있어 하드웨어 구성을 간략화 할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.

    • PURPOSE: A diode-pumped Yb:YAG Lasers using a compound parabolic concentrator is provided to increase the absorbing efficiency of a diode array pumped beam by focusing a pumped beam of a diode array of high output to the compound parabolic concentrator. CONSTITUTION: A diode-pumped Yb:YAG Lasers is formed with a stacked diode array(4), a pumped beam focusing lens(6), a resonator mirror(8), a reflective mirror(10), a compound parabolic concentrator(12), a cooling portion(14), and a laser output portion(16). The stacked diode array(4) emits a pumped beam of hundreds or thousands watts. The pumped beam focusing lens(6) is used for focusing the pumped beam. The resonator mirror(8) is located at a predetermined interval from the pumped beam focusing lens(6). The reflective mirror(10) is used for refracting the pumped beam passing the resonator mirror. The compound parabolic concentrator(12) is used for absorbing and reflecting the pumped beam refracted by the reflective mirror(10). The cooling portion(14) fixes the compound parabolic concentrator(12) and performs a cooling function. The laser output mirror(16) is used for oscillating a laser beam.

CONSTITUTION: A wave measuring device with high resolution includes an input part, a memory(300), an image storing part(500), and a control part. The input part divides injected light into dot images in two dimensional arrangement form so as to obtain two dimensional analog image signal. The memory(300) stores input image data. The image storing part(500) stores the two dimensional analog image signal from the input part by converting the two dimensional analog image signal into two dimensional digital image signal. The control part controls each part and extracts wave information from the stored digital data stored in the memory.
