    • PURPOSE: A probe holder is provided to prevent damages of a probe and measure the oxide thickness of a fuel rod in an accurate manner. CONSTITUTION: A probe holder comprises a holder unit(1) for holding a nuclear fuel rod(10) in such a manner that the nuclear fuel rod is slidable in a vertical direction; a main body(3) for elastically supporting the holder unit in all directions so as to correspond to the normal direction deviation of the nuclear fuel rod; an operation unit(5) mounted on one side of the main body so as to release the nuclear fuel rod held at the holder unit; a measurement unit(7) for measuring the oxide thickness of the nuclear fuel rod by using a probe(71) moving in forward and rearward directions in such a manner that the probe is contactable with or separable from the outer surface of the nuclear fuel rod; and a display unit for displaying the thickness measured by the measurement unit. The holder unit includes an inner block(12) having a rod hole for passage of the nuclear fuel rod; a connection block(13) extended to be connected to the measurement unit, and which has a probe hole for insertion of the probe; and a slidable block(19) arranged to be pressed toward the nuclear fuel rod by a spring(18).

    • 본발명은폴리싱머신이다. 원자력발전소에서연소중인핵연료에결함이발생하게되면일차계통냉각수내의방사선준위가증가하게되어, 원전작업종사자에대한방사선피폭량의증가와이의보수를위한운전정지등에의해많은시간과경비를추가부담케할 수있다. 이를방지하기위하여결함연료봉을스테인레스봉이나불수강봉으로교체수리하고결함연료봉만을인출한다. 결함연료봉의원인규명과재발방지대책을수립하기위해서조사후시험시설핫셀에서각종비파괴시험과파괴시험을실시한다. 본발명은결함핵연료봉을비파괴시험결과에따라결함원인의규명에필요한부분을미세절단기로절단한다음레진을주입하고핫 마운팅을한다. 이렇게만들어진시편을연마지 120, 240, 320, 600 그릿을사용하여그라인딩머신의속도 150 rpm, 하중 600 g중의조건으로적은수치부터차례대로시편을연삭하고, 폴리싱크로스위에다이아몬드페이스트 15㎛, 9㎛, 6㎛, 3㎛짜리를바른후 차례대로 10분정도연마를실시한다. 연마된시편을깨끗하게세척하고건조한후 에칭을하여미세한금속조직의시편을만든다음, 현미경으로조사핵연료의조직을관찰하고핵연료특성을효율적으로분석하기위하여폴라로이드사진을촬영한다. 본발명은금속및 비철금속의시편과조사핵연료봉을미세하게연삭(연마)하는장치를제공함에있다.

    • 감용비를 극대화시킬 수 있는 복합식 방사성 폐기물 압축기가 개시된다. 개시된 본 발명에 의한 복합식 방사성 폐기물 압축기는, 압축공간을 구비하는 압축기 몸체, 내부에 방사성 폐기물이 적재된 상태로 압축공간에 선택적으로 장착되는 수거부재, 압축기 몸체에 장착된 수거부재를 선택적으로 가압하여 압축시키는 가압부 및, 수거부재 내부를 진공시키는 진공부를 포함하며, 수거부재는 가압부에 의해 1차 가압되어 내부의 공기에 의해 부풀려짐으로써 압축공간에 대응되는 압축기 몸체의 내면에 밀착된 이후에, 가압부와 진공부에 의해 압축된다. 이러한 구성에 의하면, 별도의 형틀 없이도 압축기 몸체에 의해 방사성 폐기물이 수거된 수거부재의 형상이 일정하게 유지되면서 압축될 수 있어, 방사성 폐기물의 압축성을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.

CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for compressing a waste material for a hot cell includes a door plate(2) and a supporting plate(3) which are perpendicularly mounted on a base plate(1). A waste container(4) is installed between the door plate(2) and the supporting plate(3). A cylinder plate(5) has both side ends which are installed at upper ends of the door plate(2) and the supporting plate(3). The cylinder plate(5) also has the first air cylinder(51) for compressing the waste materials in the waste container(4). The base plate(2) has an installing portion(11) on which the waste container(4) is mounted. The supporting plate(3) is fixed at one side of the base plate(2).

    • An exclusion apparatus of air flow is provided to minimize generation of radioactive waste by minimizing a contamination area by restricting a radioactive contamination area to an inner space of a body unit in opening a hot cell door. An exclusion apparatus(100) of air flow includes a body unit(110), a connection unit(120), and a door unit(130). The body unit connects with a closed space in contact with an opening portion of the closed space under a contamination environment and has a predetermined inner space(A). The connection unit connects the air in the inner space to an external part of the body unit selectively. The door unit is provided on one surface of the body unit, and opens and closes the body unit. The closed space is a hot cell serving as a radiation shielding facility.
