    • PURPOSE: Disclosed is a treatment method of volatile petrochemical compounds by adsorption. CONSTITUTION: The equipment for adsorption is composed of an adsorption tower (11) packed with silica gel and activated carbon, adsorption recovery tower (12,13), a heat exchanger (14), a storage (15), and a vacuum pump. In the adsorption tower (11), the silica gel adsorbs the stronger adsorbable compounds such as pentene, hexane, or heptane and activated carbon does the weaker adsorbable compound such as methane, ethane, propane, butane, or pentane. The adsorbing process operates at 15-50 deg.C and 30-100 mmHg. The adsorption recovery tower (12,13) is carried out by the one process period of compression, adsorption, decompression, and pressing-cleaning. The recovery tower is operated at pressure of between 30 and 1000 mmHg by operation of vacuum pump. And, the heat exchanger (14) is operated at 1200-1800 mmHg.

    • PURPOSE: It has the excellent energy efficiency. And collection method and apparatus of the natural gas liquid having the high process design flexibility are provided. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger silver natural gas feedstream (F10) for the feedstream is cooled. It is provided with the natural gas feedstream in which the flash chamber (20) is cooled and the gas and liquid are separated from. The gas stream (F30) in which the distribution means (30) for the gas stream is ejected in the flash chamber is distributed to the first gas stream (F32) and the second gas stream (F31). The adiabatic expansion device (40) performs adiabatic expansion of the first gas stream (F32). The heat exchanger (50) for the gas stream and distillation tower (60) cools the second gas stream. The recovery system further includes the distribution means (11) for the feedstream, the mixing means (14) for the feedstream, the heat exchanger (110) for the reflux, the second distribution means (100) for the overhead stream, the second mixing means (120) for the overhead stream, first expansion valve (1), second expansion valve (2) and the third expansion valve (3).

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for purifying isophthalic acid for removing impurities from crude isophthalic acid raw materials containing acetic acid, 3-carboxybenzaldehyde, meta-toluic acid, and benzoic acid comprises: a multi-stage solid/liquid extractor(1) for eliminating impurities by mass transfer; a product dryer(2) for producing isophthalic acid products of high purity by drying solid isophthalic acid containing an extraction agent; an evaporator(3) for solvent recovery, which discharges isophthalic acids, 3-carboxybenzaldehyde, meta-toluic acid, and benzoic acid form impurities; and a distillation column(14) for recovering an extraction agent.
