    • 본발명은저압노즐분사식분무건조시스템에관한것이다. 보다상세하게는저압노즐분사식분무건조장치및 방법으로구성된시스템으로서분무될시료를반응시키는반응기(1)와, 시료를분무시키고건조하는건조기(4)와, 반응기와건조기의사이에서반응기의건조대상시료를건조기에보내는펌프(8)와, 건조기에들어가는공기를압축하는공기압축기(2)와, 분무되는시료의건조시사용하는뜨거운공기를공급하기위한히터(3)와, 건조기일측에부착되어완충역할을하는사이클론(5) 및건조기상단에시료를분무하는저압노즐(6)로구성된장치이다. 본발명은효율좋은슬러리의이송을위해 2.0mm 구경의노즐에압력을 0.5∼2kg/cm로하고분사각도를 45。로하여펌프에의한압력이작용하면서건조실(5)에서피건조물을지체시키고노즐주위에설치한차단막(7)이선회류형태로주입된열기와노즐의접촉을방지하여노즐(6)내에서슬러리의케이크화로인한막힘현상을방지한다. 본발명은외벽및 벽면으로부터의피건조물의손상을방지하고다품종소량생산의고부가가치제품을건조하는성능이우수한건조기를제공하는데 있다.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a process for producing micro-capsule type fine particles slurry having latent heat by capsuling a phase change material (PCM) with melamine-formaldehyde resin by using in-situ polymerization. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: reacting polystyrene sulfonic acid (PSSA) and water at 80deg.C for 30 minutes and then cooling to prepare PSSA aqueous solution; adding the water to the PSSA aqueous solution and adding tetradecane as a PCM and emulsifying the mixed solution and then dispersing the PCM at an ordinary temperature; adding melamine, formalin, and glutardialdehyde to the mixed solution and stirring; adding HCl to the mixed solution to adjust pH to be 4-5; polymerizing the mixed solution at 60deg.C for 4 hours at a speed of 550rpm to prepare the micro-capsule type slurry; spraying and drying the polymerized slurry.

    • PURPOSE: A spray drying system improves drying performance without damaging dried material. CONSTITUTION: A spray drying system comprises a reactor(1), a dryer(4), a pump, an air compressor(2), a heater(3), a cyclone(5) and a low pressure nozzle(6). The reactor(1) makes sample to be sprayed react. The dryer(4) sprays the sample and dries. The pump is placed between the reactor(1) and the dryer(4) to deliver the drying sample of the reactor(1) to the dryer(4). The air compressor(2) compresses air supplied to the dryer(4). The heater(3) supplies hot air used for drying the sample to be sprayed. The cyclone(5) is fixed on one side of the dryer(4) to buffer. The low pressure nozzle(6) sprays the sample to the upper end of the dryer(4).
