    • The present invention relates to a circulating fluidized bed gasifier equipped with a microwave plasma torch. More specifically, the present invention relates to a circulating fluidized bed gasifier, which immediately generates plasma flame at high temperatures corresponding to several thousand Celsius degrees by a plasma generator, and gasifies fuel while fluidizing the fuel in a reactor by supplying hydrocarbon-based fuel to the generated plasma flame, wherein a reaction chamber of the gasifier is separately composed of a first gasification chamber in which the gasification occurs with heat directly delivered from the plasma flame, and a second gasification chamber in which the gasification occurs with heat indirectly delivered through the first gasification chamber so that gasification is simultaneously conducted by direct and indirect heat transfer from the plasma flame. Also, the first or second gasification chamber is formed with multiple circular projections so that the sectional area repeatedly expands and contracts; the progress speed of the heat generated by the plasma flame is slowed down; the rate of heat transfer to the adjacent chamber or gasification materials and the detention time increase; and the production of synthetic gas by gasification is promoted. As such, the present invention relates to a circulating fluidized bed plasma gasifier with a microwave plasma torch capable of reducing the pre-heating time and promoting the production of synthetic gas.

    • PURPOSE: A pre-mixing burner for a high pressure-high temperature entrained flow gasifier is provided to improve the atomization degree of coal slurry ignited inside the gasifier. CONSTITUTION: A pre-mixing burner for a high pressure-high temperature entrained flow gasifier includes a burner body(20), a slurry feeding pipeline(20), a slurry outlet(21), a first oxidizer feeding pipeline(30), a first nozzle hole(30), a second oxidizer feeding pipeline(40), a second nozzle hole(41), a nozzle coupling body(60), an insertion pipe body(61), and a nozzle pipe body(62). The slurry feeding pipeline at the burner body feeds coal slurry which is droplet. The slurry outlet communicating with the slurry feeding pipeline is exposed to the end of the burner body. The first oxidizer feeding pipeline is placed outside the slurry feeding pipeline. The first nozzle holes are circumferentially arranged at the inner wall of the slurry feeding pipeline in order to jet an oxidizer inside the slurry feeding pipeline. The second oxidizer feeding pipeline is placed outside the first oxidizer feeding pipeline. The second nozzle holes are circularly arranged along the slurry outlet, and are exposed to the end of the burner body. The nozzle coupling body is installed to be inclined to the slurry outlet. The insertion pipe body is fastened to the second nozzle hole with a screw or is forcibly inserted into the second nozzle hole. The nozzle pipe body is installed to be inclined to the slurry outlet.
