    • Disclosed is a circulating fluidized bed boiler capable of maintaining heat exchange efficiency of a heat exchange part within a predetermined range by quickly and automatically controlling the heat exchange efficiency. The circulating fluidized bed boiler according to the present invention comprises: a combustion furnace in which fluidized fuel is combusted; a separator separating solid particles from exhaust gas after receiving the exhaust gas and the solid particles from the combustion furnace, generated by combustion of the fluidized fuel; and a return system returning the solid particles, which are separated from the exhaust gas by the separator, to the combustion furnace, wherein the flue gas is generated by the combustion of the fluidized fuel. The return system includes a heat exchange part for recovering heat from solid particles supplied from the separator. The circulating fluidized bed boiler according to the present invention further includes a control part for controlling the flow amount of the solid particles flowing from the separator into the heat exchange part.

    • Disclosed is a circulating fluidized bed boiler capable of controlling the amount of heat recovered from solid particles which are separated from flue gas by the separator. The circulating fluidized bed boiler according to the present invention comprises: a combustion furnace in which fuel is fluidized and burned; the separator separating the solid particles and the flue gas after receiving the flue gas and the solid particles from the combustion furnace, generated by combustion of fuel; and a return system returning the solid particles, which are separated from the flue gas by the separator, to the combustion furnace, wherein the flue gas is generated by the combustion of the fuel. The return system includes: a heat exchange part in which a cooling medium and the solid particles supplied from the separator exchange heat with each other; a gas supply part supplying a fluidizing gas into the heat exchange part; and a return pipe providing a path through which the solid particles cooled in the heat exchange part is returned to the combustion furnace. The circulating fluidized bed boiler according to the present invention further includes a control part controlling the amount of the cooling medium supplied to the heat exchange part depending on the amount of heat exchange between the cooling medium and the solid particles.

A combustion apparatus for a circulating fluidized bed boiler according to the present invention comprises a combustion furnace, a fuel injection unit for supplying petroleum cokes into the combustion furnace, a wind room installed in a lower end of the combustion furnace, a cyclone for collecting bed material of a bed and fuel which is not burnt in the combustion furnace, a loop seal for re-injecting particles separated in the cyclone into the combustion furnace, a boiler connected to an upper end of the cyclone through a connection duct, and a chimney for exhausting fuel gas exhausted from the boiler to the outside, wherein the fuel injection unit is configured to inject the mineral together with the petroleum cokes into the combustion furnace, and a cleaning method of the system consists of an acoustic cleaning system.
