    • 본발명은동일한구조대비상대적으로높은점적율을가지며코일층을형성하는코일의각 턴당 전기저항이균일하여저발열및 고효율의성능을가질뿐만아니라, 로터및 스테이터에조립이용이하여생산력또한우수한 MSO코일의제조방법및 제조장치에관한것으로, 양단이서로마주보는고리형태의단위코일층의일부분에절곡면을형성시켜, 상기단위코일층의양단에고저차를주는프레싱단계와, 상기절곡면이형성된단위코일층의양단중 일단이상기절곡면이형성된다른단위코일층의양단중 타단과접촉되도록, 상기절곡면이형성된복수개의단위코일층을서로연결하여고정시키는고정단계및 서로연결되어고정된복수개의단위코일층각각의일단과타단이접촉되어있는연결부위를접합시키는접합단계를포함하는 MSO코일의제조방법이개시된다. 또한, 상기단위코일층이놓여지는일면중 상기절곡면이형성될상기단위코일층의일부분에대응되는부분이미리설정된기울기를갖고함몰형성되어, 외력에의해상기단위코일층에압력이가해지면상기단위코일층의일부분에상기절곡면을형성시키는프레스지그와, 상기절곡면이형성된복수개의단위코일층이상기절곡면의기울기만큼서로간격을두고연결될수 있도록, 상기복수개의단위코일층사이에각각삽입되어상기복수개의단위코일층을지지하는고정지그및 상기고정지그에의해서로연결되어고정된상기복수개의단위코일층의일단과타단이접촉되어있는연결부위를용접시키는용접기를포함하는 MSO코일의제조장치가개시된다.

    • PURPOSE: A heater jacket for semiconductor manufacturing processes is provided to secure a firm combination between the heater jacket and a gas pipe by adjacently arranging one end part and another end part of a rubber and respectively combining a pair of combining holes with a sliding cap. CONSTITUTION: A rubber(420) thermally insulates a gas pipe from the outside. A combining unit(200) is combined with the outer circumference of the rubber. The combining unit includes a pair of combining holes and a sliding cap. A hotwire pad(410) is attached to the inner circumference of the rubber. A temperature controller(430) is electrically connected with the hotwire(405) of the hotwire pad and controls a heating operation with respect to the hotwire.
