    • 본발명은양 유래인터페론타우-4 단백질, 양유래인터페론타우-4 단백질생산용재조합벡터, 상기재조합벡터로형질전환된형질전환미생물및 구제역바이러스백신조성물에관한것이다. 본발명의양 유래인터페론타우-4 단백질은구제역바이러스 7개혈청형에대한우수한항 바이러스효과가있고, 구제역바이러스감염전 또는후에도방어능이뛰어나구제역바이러스백신조성물으로서이용가능하다. 또한, 본발명의백신조성물은생체물질인인터페론타우-4 단백질을유효성분으로이용하는것으로, 특정구제역바이러스종(strain)의유전자를포함하지않아, 광범위한구제역바이러스균주에적용가능하며, 안전성이높아다양한우제류가축에적용가능한장점이있다. 또한, 본발명의양 유래인터페론타우-4 단백질은인터페론알파또는감마와는달리고농도에서도독성이없으므로, 구제역바이러스백신으로서효과적으로활용가능하다.
    • 本发明涉及双侧干扰素tau-4蛋白质,用于产生双侧干扰素tau-4蛋白质的重组载体,用所述重组载体转化的转基因微生物,以及口蹄疫疫苗组合物。 根据本发明绵羊来源的干扰素τ-4蛋白用作优良的抗病毒效果,并且,手足口病病毒感染之前或手足口病病毒疫苗组合物优异的防御能力甚至脚口病病毒血清型7。 此外,本发明的疫苗组合物是使用一种生物材料,其干扰素τ-4蛋白作为有效成分,不含有手足口病病毒(株),适用于广泛范围的手足口病病毒株中的特定物种的基因,增加了安全性的各种 有驯化家畜的优点。 另外,由于本发明的双侧干扰素tau-4蛋白与干扰素α或γ结合并且在浓度下无毒性,因此它可以有效地用作口蹄疫疫苗。
