摘要： PURPOSE: A combination structure of a multi-stage pneumatic cylinder and a lift is provided to accurately remove sediment using a nozzle for a clogged part in a coal disposal apparatus of a power plant. CONSTITUTION: A combination structure of a multi-stage pneumatic cylinder and a lift comprises a cylinder(100), a second lift(200), and a spray unit(300). The cylinder comprises a first lift and a piston rod. The first lift which is formed in a multi-stage type is extended and contracted when a piston moves. Cleaning water flowing in from a first water path of the first lift passes through a second water path of the piston rod. The second lift which is formed in a multi-stage folder type is placed in a lower part of a cylinder housing, and extended and contracted. The cleaning water flowing in from the second water path passes through a water pipe of the second lift. The spray unit comprises a nozzle housing and a rotary nozzle. The nozzle housing is connected to the other side of the water pipe. The rotary nozzle sprays the cleaning water passing through the water pipe. 摘要： PURPOSE: A blockage solving device and a method of coal handling equipment for a power plant is provided to remove deposits in equipment by approaching a cleaning nozzle to a clogged part by using a cleaning lift. CONSTITUTION: A blockage solving device of coal handling equipment for a power plant comprises three or more sensing units(100), a camera(200), a driving unit(300), a control unit(400), and a monitoring and remote control unit(500). The sensing units detect the blockage of coal handling equipment. The camera records the inner state of coal handling equipment. The driving unit is composed of a cleaning lift(310) and a cleaning nozzle(320). When blockage is detected, the control unit transfers the recorded video to the monitoring and remote control unit and drives the driving unit. The monitoring and remote control unit displays the video and transfers order signals to the control unit.
