摘要： Disclosed is a welding device comprising: a holding unit which holds a first steel pipe provided horizontally to the ground; a clamp unit which holds a second steel pipe provided vertically to the first steel pipe; a torch unit that is provided to be near the connection part between the first and second steel pipes; and a torch rotating unit that is placed on the upper part of the second steel pipe and connected to one end of the torch unit, and which includes a torch rotating unit transferring the torch unit along the connection part of the first and second steel pipes by being connected to one end of the torch unit. The welding device having the configuration above improves welding efficiency, enables even unskilled users to weld steel pipes, and particularly facilitates welding of branch pipes.

摘要： The present invention relates to a spray device which includes a compressing unit which is combined with the upper side of a body part and sprays cleaning solutions stored in the body part by vertical compressive force; a spray body which is connected to the side of the compressing unit and has a spray hole to spray the cleaning solutions; and a fixing unit which is formed on the upper side of the spray body and fixes a cleaner from top and bottom. According to the present invention, inconvenience when the spray device is applied to an inspection object with a wide area is reduced by performing spraying of the cleaning solutions and washing at once. Convenience is improved by limiting the spray range of the cleaning solutions and easily replacing the cleaner.

摘要： The present invention discloses a welding device which comprises: a first steel pipe provided to be welded and a second steel pipe provided to face the first steel pipe; a space maintaining unit which is provided between the first and second pipes to maintain a fixed space between the first and second steel pipes; a tact-welding unit that is located in between the first and second steel pipes and which tact-welds the first and second steel pipes; a torch unit which welds a connection part apart from the tact-weld region of the first and second steel pipes; and a steel pipe rotating unit which rotates the first and second steel pipes to use the torch unit for welding the connection part. The welding unit performs a welding work by maintaining a constant root gap between steel pipes where a welding work is performed, and improves the productivity of a welding work by improving welding efficiency. The welding efficiency is also improved by automatically or semi-automatically rotating the steel pipes.

Also, the fixing arm where the metal specimen is fixed is attached to the apparatus main body by the magnet to facilitate the separation of the fixing arm and the movement of the apparatus main body.
