    • PURPOSE: A balance maintaining device of floating object for reducing the vertical and horizontal movement is provided to improve the stable state of a floating object by the location control of a vertical and horizontal rocking reduction part. CONSTITUTION: A balance maintaining device of floating object comprises a horizontal rocking guide part(110), a horizontal rocking reduction part(100), a vertical rocking reduction part(240), a horizontal rocking driving part, and a vertical driving part. The horizontal rocking guide part is vertically formed on the sea floating material and forms a vertical movement route. The horizontal rocking reduction part comprises a horizontal rocking reduction part and a vertical guide part. The vertical rocking reduction part is movably combined in the vertical guide part. When the sea floating material vertically moves, the location of the vertical rocking reduction part is controlled according to the movement route of the vertical guide part.

    • PURPOSE: A leveling device of a sea floating material is provided to prevent damage due to friction by controlling the location of a rocking releasing part against a guide part using magnetic levitation principle. CONSTITUTION: A leveling device of a sea floating material comprises a guide part(110), a rocking releasing part, and a drive part. The guide part is fixed to the horizontal plane of the sea floating material. The guide part is formed to cross the central axis of the unstable agitation of the sea floating material. The rocking releasing part is movably combined in the guide part. When the sea floating material unsteadily fluctuates with the marine environment, the location of the rocking releasing part is controlled as the longitudinal direction of the guide part in order that the rocking releasing part reduces the degree of the unstable agitation of the sea floating material. The drive part drives the rocking releasing part toward the guide part.

      종래의 수동형은 구조가 간단하고 신뢰성이 높으며 큰 제어력을 가진다는 장점이 있는 반면에 하중특성에 따른 변화에 적응성이 떨어진다는 단점이 있다. 능동형은 하중특성에 따른 변화에 적응성이 뛰어나고 제어효과가 좋다는 장점이 있으나, 외부로부터 에너지를 공급받아야 하므로 유지보수비가 크다는 경제적이 단점을 가지고 있다,
      이에 본 발명은 수동형과 능동형의 장점을 결합한 형태로서 소형건전지 정도의 전원을 이용하여 작동하므로 유지보수비가 크지 않으면서도 신뢰성이 우수한 장치라고 할 수 있다.

    • PURPOSE: A wire mount manufacturing device and a wire mount manufacturing method using the same are provided to reduce the time for manufacturing a wire mount because a wire rope can be automatically winded on top and bottom supporting plates. CONSTITUTION: A wire mount manufacturing device comprises a main body(110), a driving shaft(120), a moving stage(130), and a wire tensioner(140). The driving shaft, installed in the main body, makes a shaft(50) in which top and bottom supporting plates are installed and allowed to rotate. The moving stage is installed in the main body to enable rectilinear motion in a longitudinal direction. The wire tensioner is installed in the moving stage in order to move with the moving stage. The wire tesioner gives a tension to the wire rope to be rolled in the shaft in a state where constant tension is applied to the wire rope. A pair of insertion holes in which the top and bottom supporting plates are inserted is formed in the exterior of the shaft.
