    • PURPOSE: A terahertz optical fiber one point detecting device using an electro-optic material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to detect a terahertz wave with low costs and a simple method. CONSTITUTION: A terahertz wave detecting device (30) includes a cutting unit (41), a thin film (20), and an optical transmission unit. The cutting unit vertically cuts one surface of an optical fiber (40). A tellurium zinc thin film is attached to the cutting unit. A light transmission unit transmits a femto second laser pulse light to the optical fiber. The terahertz wave detecting device detects a terahertz electro-wave by using the phase delay of a femto second laser pulse reflected by the tellurium zinc thin film.

    • PURPOSE: A terahertz single pixel diffraction video device is provided to obtain 2D image of a subject without a separate measuring device like CCD. CONSTITUTION: A terahertz single pixel diffraction video device comprises a phase delay device(120) and a terahertz beam measuring unit(150). The phase-delaying device is arranged in the front or rear side of an object material(130). The phase-delaying device refracts a terahertz beam(110). The terahertz beam is researched to the object material. The terahertz beam measuring unit measures the phase-delaying device and terahertz beam in two dimensions. The terahertz beam is refracted with the object material. The terahertz beam measuring unit locates in the spatial frequency domain.

    • PURPOSE: A terahertz time domain spectrum device of a contact type is provided to very easily measure sample by eliminating the need to place the sample on the place where electromagnetic wave is focused. CONSTITUTION: A terahertz time domain spectrum device(100) of a contact type comprises a terahertz generator(60), a non-symmetric terahertz lens and a terahertz measuring device(90). The terahertz generator generates the terahertz electromagnetic wave. The non-symmetric terahertz lens impinges the generated terahertz electromagnetic wave on the sample to be measured and reflects it. The terahertz measuring device measures the terahertz electromagnetic wave reflected from the non-symmetric terahertz lens. The non-symmetric terahertz lens is formed from a substance, of which the variation of refraction index depending on wave has lower value than a reference value. The terahertz measuring device uses a photoconductive antenna.
