    • PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling a user-centered robot are provided to process a working request of a plurality of users by one robot and easily apply to plan a work according to the condition and the place. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a user-centered robot comprises a user request receive unit, a work property priority order designating unit, an advanced work planning unit, a real-time work planning unit, and a robot control unit. The work planning unit plans a work plan of the robot based on the working request which the robot performs. The real-time work planning unit changes the work plan of the robot set in the advanced work planning unit based on the priority order set in the property priority order designating unit. The robot control unit controls the robot based on the work planning of the robot changed in the real-time work planning unit.
