    • According to the present invention, an apparatus for wirelessly recognizing a location of a moving object in real time includes a lighting portion including a lighting unit for emitting a plurality of optical signals spatially separated in different patterns; an electronic tattoo portion which is attached on the moving object, and includes at least one electronic tattoo unit including a solar cell for detecting each optical signal emitted from the lighting portion, a wireless antenna for wirelessly transmitting the optical signals detected by the solar cell, and a controller for controlling the transmission of the optical signals; and a location recognition portion for recognizing the location of the moving object from the optical signals wirelessly transmitted from the electronic tattoo portion.
