    • An apparatus and a method for anaerobic ammonium oxidizing is provided to cultivate anaerobic ammonium oxidizing microorganisms with difficult culture conditions to a high concentration, maintain a microorganism community stably, and increase the nitrogen removal efficiency. An apparatus for anaerobic ammonium oxidizing comprises a first reactor(1) for performing anaerobic ammonium oxidizing and a second reactor(3) for performing anaerobic ammonium oxidizing, wherein the first reactor is filled with a granular sludge of anaerobic ammonium oxidizing microorganisms, the granular sludge being adapted to high concentration wastewater in which ammonia nitrogen and nitrite as matrices have a concentration of 600 mg/L or more, treated water flows into the second reactor from the first reactor, the second reactor is filled with a nonwoven fabric(4) having a positive electric charge, and anaerobic oxidizing microorganisms of the treated water being attached to the nonwoven fabric. The apparatus further comprises a separation plate(2), an inflow pump(6), and an air inflow preventer(5).

    • A method for chemically granulating suspended anaerobic ammonium oxidizing bacteria is provided to efficiently and stably operate a nitrogen removing system using the anaerobic ammonium oxidizing bacteria by stably cultivating and maintaining the bacteria even in a state that a sufficient amount of anaerobic ammonium oxidizing bacteria is not secured. A method for chemical granulation of anaerobic ammonium oxidizing bacteria comprises the steps of: cultivating the anaerobic ammonium oxidizing bacteria in a culture vessel; mixing the cultivated anaerobic ammonium oxidizing bacteria with anaerobic digestion sludge and injecting a cationic or anionic polymer into the sludge at a high speed stirring condition of 400 to 500 rpm to granulate the sludge; and injecting a silica sol into the mixed solution at a low speed stirring condition of 100 to 200 rpm to stabilize the granulated sludge.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for culturing anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria using a membrane separation system and apparatus for treating waste water are provided to prevent loss to anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacterial to the outside. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for culturing anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria using a membrane separation system comprises: a reaction bath(20) of anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria; a stirring device(40) mounted in the reaction bath; an anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria(60) placed at the lower end of the reaction bath; and a separation membrane(70) placed at the center of the reaction bath. The pore size of the separation membrane is 0.1-10 um. The apparatus further comprises a release pipe connected to the separation membrane. A method for culturing anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria comprises: a inflow process of providing inflow water to the reaction bath; a stirring process of stirring the anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria and inflow water; and a reaction process of performing anaerobic ammonium oxidation by contacting the inflow water with the anaerobic ammonium oxidation bacteria.
