摘要： The present invention relates to a system and a method for supporting water level measurement which comprise a source image acquisition module acquiring source images including structures, liquid and reference sign by communicating with an image photographing device and storing the acquired source images in information storing area; an source image separating module; a virtual watermark generating module; a liquid encroachment level calculating module; a liquid encroachment level reflected-virtual water level generating module; and a processing module of water level measurement supporting image. Therefore, a series of water level measuring procedures can be performed based on the virtual watermark so that person in charge of water level measurement can easily avoid various problems in accordance with actual watermark-based water level measuring procedures.
