摘要： PURPOSE: A mobile telephone braille output device for the visually handicapped person is provided to allow a text of a mobile telephone which the visually handicapped person is able to understand to be printed out. CONSTITUTION: A braille output unit (40) is installed in a lower part of a display output unit (50). The braille output unit expresses the braille in extrusion and non-extrusion of a braille protrusion unit. A control unit (20) translates text information requested to be printed out to the braille. The control unit controls the braille output unit so that the braille protrusion unit is successively protruded to a form corresponding to the translated brailles.
