    • PURPOSE: A high-impedance network is provided to increase the efficiency of a circuit with cost and size reduction by an integrated amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION: A single-ended differential amplification circuit(100) comprises a first amplifier(101) and a second amplifier(102) for providing differential power output by receiving signals to a first input terminal(106). The single-ended differential amplification circuit comprises one or more impedance having the size which is adjusted in order to offer the desirable amplification level of the signal received in the first input terminal. One or more impedance comprises first, second, and third resistors(103,104,105) having the size which is adjusted in order to offer the desirable amplification level of the signal received in the first input terminal. The single-ended differential amplification circuit comprises an impedance network(107) connected between non-inverting input terminals of the first and the second amplifier. The single-ended differential amplification circuit comprises a second input terminal(109).

    • PURPOSE: ECM(Electret Condenser Microphone) digital microphone temperature compensation is provided to partially compensate the temperature sensitivity of a digital microphone system by using a temperature compensation circuit. CONSTITUTION: A digital microphone system(100) includes a temperature compensation circuit(200), a microphone(101), a pre-amplifier(102), and an analog-to-digital converter(103). The microphone includes a microphone having a temperature sensitive membrane, such as an electret membrane or other temperature sensitive membrane. The microphone includes an ECM, or one or more other digital microphones having a non-zero temperature coefficient. The pre-amplifier includes an audio amplifier or one or more other amplifiers configured to receive information from the microphone.
