    • A purpose of this invention is to provide a door handle device by using a piezoelectric sensor which has a pliable structure and which provides sufficient detection sensitivity even with a light-touch, thus making it possible to control the opening and closing operation; and a keyless entry device having the same. A door handle device (100) is designed such that a door lock means which is installed on a door (13) having a handle (11) for opening and closing operation and which locks the door opening operation for this door (13) is unlocked by the operation of the handle (11). The door handle device is provided with a piezoelectric sensor (15) disposed on the handle (11) and formed of a piezoelectric element having flexibility, and a control section adapted to receive a detection signal from the piezoelectric sensor (15) produced by contact with the handle (11), and to cancel the lock imposed by the door lock means.
