Prior to forming the laminate, blank pattern layers (24) practically the same in thickness as the electrode layers are formed in gaps between the specified-pattern electrode layers. Electrode step difference offsetting print paste for forming blank patter layers (24) contains at least ceramic powder and binder resin, and the polymerization degree of binder resin contained in the electrode step difference offsetting print paste is set to be at least identical to or preferably higher than that of binder resin contained in slurry for forming a green sheet. Binder resin in the electrode step difference offsetting print paste contains polyvinyl butyral resin, with the polymerization degree of the polyvinyl butyral resin being at least 1400, the butyralization degree thereof 64-74 mol% and the acetalization degree thereof 66-74 mol%.
