摘要： PURPOSE: A crystal puller is provided to inexpensively achieve the highest degree of measuring accuracy that is influenced as less as possible by friction conditions and allowable error. CONSTITUTION: In a crystal puller in which a contact seed holder(5) mounted so that it is rotated on a driven shaft is vertically moved by being supported to a rope(6) wound on a rope drum(15) by one of rotation rollers, the rope drum alters an elevation of the contact seed holder(5) as the rope drum is being operated by a motor, and the rotation roller is mounted on a cross stand connected to a casing(7) of the rope drum through weight measuring gauge heads(17,18), the crystal puller is characterized in that the rope drum(15) is supported so that it is axially moved inside the casing(7), a spiral rope winding groove is formed on the surface of the rope drum(15), one guide roller which is fixed so that it is axially not moved inside the casing(7) is connected to the inside of the spiral winding groove, and the rotation roller(22) is installed so that the rope(6) wound or unwound on the rope drum(15) is guided into the winding groove along a straight line fixed from the rotation roller between the guide roller and the rope drum(15).
