A nozzle(130) is connected to the end of the guide member and spouts the washing liquid. A tilt adjuster(140) is connected to the plate and regulates the tilt angle of the nozzle. The tilt adjuster comprises first and second extension members, a fastening member, and a flange. The fastening member is screwed to both the second extension member and the plate and regulates the interval between the second extension member and the plate by being rotated with an external force, thereby controlling the tilt angle of the nozzle.
