PURPOSE: A washer liquid heater of a vehicle is provided to maintain the flowing state of 'the washer liquid remaining behind inside a body by mounting PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) inside a nozzle body. CONSTITUTION: A washer liquid heater of a vehicle comprises a body(10), a guide way, a heating cell(30), and a heating unit. The body installs to the hood of a vehicle. The guide way is installed inside the body and guides washer liquid in a preset direction. The heating cell is formed inside the body. The heating unit is inserted to the heating cell. When the external power supply is applied in the heating unit, the heating unit applies the heat in the washer liquid remaining in the guide way. The heating unit comprises a housing and a heater unit.
