    • A controlled warm-rolling method in consideration of heating in working for manufacturing a steel formed mainly of a fine ferrite grain structure of 3 mum or smaller in average ferrite grain size. In rolling of one pass or more in the rolling temperature range of 350 to 800°C, the rolling is performed so that the temperature of a material at the start of the rolling in each rolling is not increased to 800°C max. and that the temperatures of the material during the rolling and immediately after the final pass are not lowered to 350°C or below. Also, the rolling is performed so that the temperature Tx-out of the material immediately after the rolling (within one sec) in each rolling is not increased by 100°C or higher than a rolling start temperature Tx-in and that the temperature of the material immediately after the rolling is not lowered by 100°C or more from the temperature of the material immediately before the rolling. By this method, superfine crystal steels of 3 to 1 micron or smaller can be stably manufactured without being restricted by pass-to- pass time and deformation speed.
