PURPOSE: Steel dispersed oxide disperses oxide uniformly and finely with particle diameter 1micrometer or less, interparticle spacing 6micrometer or less, and depress growth of gamma particle by heating at gamma range temperature. CONSTITUTION: Steel dispersed oxide has chemical composition containing 0.8% or less of C, 0.5% or less of Si, 3.0% or less of Mn, 0.02% or less of S, moreover one or higher in Ti, Mg, Al with 0.3% or less. And a process for steel dispersed oxide is characterized by the following steps: maintaining, cooling molten iron not to contact with material to be coagulated nucleus of its surface; crystallization of oxide in molten iron being super cooling state.
