    • PURPOSE: A nanofiber web manufacturing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to produce an excellent quality nanofiber by continuously supplying spinning dope to a second roller. CONSTITUTION: A spinning dope(10) is stored in a spinning bath(110). Some part of a first roller(120) is dipped in the dope of the spinning bath. A first roller is rotated while the first roller is dipped. A second roller(130) receives a spinning dope from the first roller. A second roller is a spring shape roller. The second roller outflows the spinning dope to a collector(200) by rotating operation. A voltage supplier supplies power to the second roller.

CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nano web includes the following steps: manufacturing a polyelectrolyte solution; manufacturing nanofiber(1) thorugh electrospinning; manufacturing nano fiber aggregate from nano fiber; measuring a thickness of the nano fiber aggregate with a non-contact type method; and converting the polyamic acid nanofiber aggregate into the nano fiber aggregate.     • PURPOSE: A facial tissue for removing sebum, which is formed with nanofibers, is provided to rapidly absorb sebum from the face of a user with a wide surface area and to insure safety by not using an organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A facial tissue for removing sebum is manufactured with a non-woven fabric form by crossing plural nanofibers produced by electro spinning. The nanofiber has an average diameter of 50~2000 nanometers. Multiple pores are formed in between the nanofibers with an average diameter of 100~5000 nanometers and a thickness of 10~80 micrometers. The nanofiber is fabricated with a water-soluble polymer resin which is selected from a group consisting of a PVA polymer, a cellulose polymer, an acrylic polymer, a starch class high molecule, and an alginic acid polymer.
