    • PURPOSE: A organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an injection property by reducing a schottky barrier between a hole transport layer and an anode or between a photoactive layer and the hole transport layer. CONSTITUTION: A cathode(160) and an anode(120) are arranged to face each other. A photoactive layer(140) is located between the cathode and the anode. The photoactive layer includes a hole receptor and an electron receptor. A hole transport layer(130) is located between the anode and the photoactive layer. Active layers(170,180) are formed for between the anode and the hole transport layer and between the hole transport layer and the photoactive layer.

    • PURPOSE: An organic solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the degradation of an optical activity capability of polymer which is included in a photoactive layer by secluding oxygen and moisture penetrating from outside. CONSTITUTION: An anode(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A metal oxide nano thin film layer(170) is formed on the anode. The metal oxide nano thin film layer comprises metal oxide in which average grain diameter is less than 10nm. The thickness of the metal oxide nano thin film layer is 50 to 500nm. A hole transport layer(130) is formed on the metal oxide nano thin film layer. A photoactive layer(140) is formed on the hole transport layer. An electron transport layer(150) is formed on the photoactive layer. A cathode(160) is formed on the electron transport layer.
